But, does the UNIQUE keyword appear in the DDS source for those PFs or LFs?

That creates the equivalent of a "unique key" constraint in the database.

Key constraints on a DDS-PF only show up on Key Constraints if you added them with ADDPFCST.
Kevin Bucknum showed how to find them with:
Select the table and right click - WORK WITH -> INDEXES.
