We have a Domino/Notes based database for the auditors. It has many views by document type. Document types may include all of the project requests, etc
One of the document types includes a ptf listing generated by querying PTF_INFO. If you want more information about any PTF in that list you can click on it and it will open up a web browser pointing to the cover letter for that PTF at IBM.
