On the CRTSSQLRPGI there is a parameter, SQLPKG, where you can specify the object and library on the target system.
Package (SQLPKG) - Help
Specifies the qualified name of the SQL package created on
the relational database specified for the Relational
database (RDB) parameter of this command.

Subject: Control SQL package name & lib for stored procedures?
Folks:
Does anyone know how you can control the SQL package name on a stored procedure?
Every time I compile the stored procedure, the SQL package name is the same as the procedure name & library. When my procedure tries to access a remote system, it uses that package & library name... but the library doesn't necessarily exist on the remote system.
Thanks!
david
