yes, do you own select for the before image :
SELECT User_Name
,Status
,Pwdchgdat
,Spcaut
,Lmtcpb
,No_password_indicator
FROM Qsys2.User_Info;

store that in some temp area
then compare to the same SQL after the change event happens

the password from *none to a password(or vice versa) is in the "No_password_indicator" field

This might help with tracking LMTCPB but not the password changed from *NONE as I don't believe that select will return the password.
