I have only just provided a video capture recording back to IBM showingtech
the issue.
The tech I was working with went on holidays and 5 days later another
has taken over the case and started asking all the questions that werewrote:
already in the case notes.
So hopefully we will have a reply in a few days ish!!

Thanks Jack - That is exactly what I did and the issue is that
Windowsthat does not stick.
I deployed iACS on a number of PC's with different versions of
profile.using a pre-configured acs_bak.zip
Every connection was coming up with my profile as the default
shown.Clicked
I started Access Client Solution, Selected System Configuration,
defaulton the system and clicked the Edit Button.
I selected the Connection Tab and then the radio button for "Use
user name to prompt once for each system" and yes my user id was
I changed this value to the user for that PC and clicked Apply,
Okprompted
When the user closed iACS completely and restarted and was

on to the system my profile was shown, NOT the one I had changed

I have the same problem on every PC I have installed at that site.
Very weird!

The default user setting is hidden in the System Configuration.
Edit>Connection>Password Prompting. Push the "Use default user
touser
prompt once for each system" radio button. I would expect your

magically pop up in the Default user name field.
