Thanks Jack - That is exactly what I did and the issue is that changing
that does not stick.

I deployed iACS on a number of PC's with different versions of Windows
using a pre-configured acs_bak.zip

Every connection was coming up with my profile as the default profile.

I started Access Client Solution, Selected System Configuration, Clicked
on the system and clicked the Edit Button.

I selected the Connection Tab and then the radio button for "Use default
user name to prompt once for each system" and yes my user id was shown.

I changed this value to the user for that PC and clicked Apply, the Ok

When the user closed iACS completely and restarted and was prompted to log
on to the system my profile was shown, NOT the one I had changed it to.

I have the same problem on every PC I have installed at that site.

Very weird!

The default user setting is hidden in the System Configuration.

Edit>Connection>Password Prompting. Push the "Use default user name to
prompt once for each system" radio button. I would expect your user name
to
magically pop up in the Default user name field.
