RE: TLAshford label product

Keith is awesome - he's helped me quite a bit with their TLAForms products.

Been using the label product forever - works great, very few problems, and awesome tech support. But yes, that GUI tool could use some refinement.

I had a call with Keith from TLA this morning. He was very knowledgeable and I was able to show him some of my problems. I agree that their support department is excellent, I've always had great response and knowledge from them in the past.

What frustrated me yesterday was during the support chat I was being told why it crashed, and not that it would be fixed.
