All,

Installed the latest PTFs (groups and cume) Friday evening. Now Web Query
2.2.1 (which we're not even using yet, so it's not critical) won't start.
I get "The prerequisite LOCALE is not set for current profile. Set the
LOCALE to match the CCSID.

I also tried it under QSECOFR with the same result.

System values:
QCCSID = 37
QLOCALE = *NONE

My user profile:
CCSID = *SYSVAL
LOCALE = *SYSVAL

Other than changing QCCSID to 37 about a bazillion years ago, I've never
touched these. I'm leery of doing so now. "

Anybody else run into this?
