The system debugger is no open source. It is bundled with the JTOpen library, yes. But you will find no source code for it in the jt400 repo.

FWIW: I wrote an article on the part that you found (allowing you to run it standalone)  back in 2005, so this is not a new feature ;-)

It might also be worth mentioning that you don't need to get it from the IFS, this is developed as open source and you can always get the latest copy from jt400.sourceforge.net
