V7.1 is not supported?

There are also a multitude of features (SQL in particular) that are not available on V7.1.

But if my memory serves the big problem I recall people reporting is that 7.1 does not support the encryption levels now required by many companies and IBM is not going to provide them. Sorry but I can't recall exact details but Brad Stone among other posted about it I think.
