Probably all users get the limit because w/r/t that "same directory", the
"object" is owned by the one user regardless of how many users are
permitted to access it via the juxtaposition of object authorities and
POSIX permissions.

Interestingly, I ran into a MCH2804 (Tried to go larger than storage limit
for object &1) over the weekend on an IFS directory. IBM support said that
error is typically caused by a user profile that hits the 50 million object
limit. I replied that multiple users are getting the same error
referencing the same IFS directory. Support has not yet responded.
