Roll your own. Learn some CSS, HTML and JS and RPG can do what you want.
And you'll increase your skill set with technologies used on every platform.

CGIDEV2, eRPG SDK are two things that can help.

You could also go down the OS route if you're on V7R2 or higher. I would
go with Node.js in that case.
