When you open the ticket attach a few files.
First do a DSPPTF OUTPUT(*PRINT) and use iACS to download the text(not pdf) file and attach that.
Then do a WRKPTFGRP, F6=Print and use iACS to download the text (not pdf) file and attach that.
If you have any jobs running with joblogs then do a DSPJOBLOG JOB(...) OUTPUT(*PRINT) to generate a spool file of the joblog and use iACS to download the text (not pdf) file and attach that.

IBM Z and IBM i software products
Unless you are doing Domino and some other type products, then you would use Software and cloud products

Subject: Submitting an issue

*CROSS-POSTED to C400-L*

(This is part of a discussion about an issue I found with the C++ compiler.)

Okay, I've done the due diligence.  I walked through every combination of compile-time syntax and build-time binding for C++.  I definitely identified an issue, in that #pragma weak is not working as expected. So now it's time to submit the problem.

I haven't submitted an issue in forever, so can anybody tell me the best steps?  We're on a supported box with7. 3 with relatively recent PTFs
(SF99730 at 18242).  I can track down things like IBM IDs when I have to, so where do I start?
