A client recently upgraded to a new POWER9 system running 7.3. CPU usage is light, maybe at 30%. Now STRDBG consistently takes about 16-17 seconds to display the first source screen. I think it used to be 1-2 seconds on the old 7.2, POWER8. I tried on RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, CLP and CLLE.

I found the solution, although it's from 6.1!
