Is it possible the payload is not well formed in some odd way? I am
wondering if the quickest debug is another even simpler srvpgm that
returns nothing more than a "Hello World"?
One of the places I had trouble with the wizard is on the panel that
lists the procedures available. I had to expand the selected procedure
to show the parameters. Odd, and more likely that's how superstitions
get started.
Another thought: are you using the correct port #? You have 2 servers
and two ports. You need the right one.
Everyone else uses the ConvertTemp service to test that the server is
working but I could never figure it out.

Thanks for your reply Booth
Im doing a GET
Is there anything that I can debug to see whats happening?
Like I said - the actual procedure definitely works as part of a simple program on the AS/400
