The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We recently migrated from a Power7 hardware Model 8205 Power 9 hardware 9009
I can see my entitlements, software keys, downloads, etc under the new system.
I can see/enter PMR under the old system.
I’m NOT able to enter a PMR request on line for the new system.
The new model / S/N do not appear.
We might also have a new customer number for the new hardware.
Is there an on-line registration process for this?
Any one from the group have this process?
