In Firefox: Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Cookies & Site Data,
click Manage Data -> search ibm.com, click Remove All Shown (or highlight
and clear only the ones you want)

What would be really, really neat is to have the command that the Clear
ibm.com Cookies executes and be able to run that when required.

I hate clearing all cookies for many reasons including yours so lately I
just use a different browser.  For a while I used Chrome for IBM sites
ONLY.  Then clearing stuff did not matter as much.

You may be able to get what the button from displaying the page source?
