Vern,
That worked pretty good to print to PDF.

I got curious about this again, so tried a few things - there is a "Print Screen Collection" option in the File menu of ACS - this was text only in my first stab at it, but I RTFM'd it and found you can set things in the Print Screen Setup... option in the File menu - you can collect several screens, then print them all together or select the ones you want to print - and a PDF writer can be an option. If there is such a thing as a "printer" to create images, you could use that - I saw one called PDFILL - no endorsement, just a quick Google search.

You can also put images of the screen on the clipboard - there's an option in the Edit menu, and you can put a button on the toolbar. This is a onesy thing - you have to paste it into whatever you are working with, but it is nice for some stuff - I put that on a user's toolbar here, and he uses it a lot for documentation.

I still wish the archive thing were more functional in this direction, though.

Regards
Vern

When I use the built in screen history snapshot it stores a *.history file in C:\Users\rob.
To read an existing file I have to use Window, Screen History Archive Viewer.
There doesn't seem to be a function to export, print to PowerPoint, etc.

Thanks Micheal, I voted.  If anyone else would find this functionality useful please vote and hopefully we can get this accepted.
