I reported it to IBM. We are communicating by email. Here's the discussion:
IBM: Thank you for contacting IBM eSupport Team. Could you please confirm which program you are experiencing issues with?
Rob: Yes. The program I am having issues with is the one at the website I sent you.
IBM: The link took me to a support page entitled, "Simple Method to Check For Existence of Files in a Directory Using a CL Program".
Unfortunately, we do not support hardware products in the new system. Please open a case in the new system so that their team will be able to further assist you. You can do so here:https://www-946.ibm.com/sr/help/index.html
Rob: It’s not a hardware problem. It’s definitely a software problem.

Are these people acting stupid just so they don't have to do any work?
