I'm confused on why you are specifying a list to do a parallel backup for *ALLUSR.
*ALLUSR allows you do a parallel backup.
I do parallel saves without using a list.
I let the Parallel type set at *DEFAULT, which implies
From the Parallel Type Help Text.
BRMS will decide the best Parallel Type to use on the backup item.
If the backup item doesn't support parallel, then a non parallel backup will be requested.
