I assumed (we all know what that means) that you had to specify an individual directory
I just tried it with root (/)
And I looked up what RTVDIRINF produces in IBM support

The default for RTVDIRINF is to capture it for all directories.
Then you have to get really creative with sql over the two files it creates to get the information you want.
