Exit program on the host for PWRDWNSYS.

You need to be careful with that. I've seen the loss of the ENTIRE NWS when it gets clobbered hard. IBM storage level three was able to fix it, but it was a very tense couple of hours. ( had to call the guy off the ski hill to come home to work the problem ).
