I've just discovered a problem with some stuff that's been unzipped and rezipped using InfoZIP in PASE.

It seems that the filenames in the ZIP file are encoded as Latin 1. But they should be encoded as UTF-8.

As long as the characters are within the 7-bit ASCII character set, it doesn't make any difference. But not all of them are.

Is there a way to make the zip files come out with the names UTF-8 encoded?
