Any tricks on getting the new website to work? I have tried to open a software case on VIOS for two days and all I get are “Yikes Something went wrong” screens.

That's the new SalesForce system for entering cases. Notes/Domino and a
few other products have been moved there. Much of the IBM i stuff is
still on the legacy system at

Trying to create a PMR, which I haven't done in ages.

I'm at this page: https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/createrecord/NewCase

Gave it a title. It's asking for a product. I've searched on ACS, Access
Client Solutions, and IBM i and it's finding nothing. Am I in the wrong
place?

No can do Rob. Win7 does not have the Microsoft print to PDF. I do
have PDF Creator though and landscape is fubared in it too.

I get similar bad results printing in landscape to Adobe PDF also.

It's not a driver problem, I doubt it's a Java problem.

Definitely log a PMR.
