Not the rmdir pase command - the IBM i os command rmdir. I wasn't very clear. Sorry.

Remove Directory (RMDIR)

Type choices, press Enter.

Remove link . . . . . . . . . . *NO *NO, *YES

I don't think rmdir can delete sub-directories.

rm -rf, however, will remove sub-directoriesand files in those sub-directories.
