Hi Jim,
your system is set (usually by default) to avoid changing a user (OS) its
own password (DST).
- logoff from console session
- set system to manual mode on control panel
- issue function 21 on control panel
- now you can change QSECOFR DST password
- when in DST, select 13 "work with system security"
- change 3rd parameter from 2 to 1 to avoid this problem, or leave it as a
security feature :)
