Re: Alternative to WINSCP

I aologize for butting in. But I used cygwin for several years. It is a
program an DLL that is used on a Windows computwe. What you get is a fully
functional Linux environment, running under Windows, I can't remember,
now. where additional pwermissions and dates were stored. But information
was stored in a file within each directory that was accessed. Ordinary
filw for Windows.

So I am looking for an alternative to WINSCP that will not have the
same
date issue Or if anyone has come across this issue and can offer a
solution.
