There's another advantage of using external storage, data is encrypted at rest. Simple to activate, no performance overhead and it makes the auditors happy cause they get to put a check mark in another box.

I know they don't let pc drives out of the building because we deal with medical information. I image these drives will be the same, but it will be a while before I know.

Any plans for the POWER6 DASD units? I have a personal POWER6 that could
use some extra DASD if it is of a compatible disk type. I understand you
