I think there's an issue with IBM's portal. I can't connect to PDP (blank page after logon) since a couple of weeks.

If you need iACS you can try downloading from our copy:

I have been experiencing this for weeks.

Only solution for me was to create a brand new IBM account and that worked.

I have pestered IBM to no avail. They simply say: "It works for me."
