Subject: Re: Error trying to download ACS from IBM.COM?
I have been experiencing this for weeks.
Only solution for me was to create a brand new IBM account and that worked.
I have pestered IBM to no avail. They simply say: "It works for me."

Folks:
Anyone else having a problem downloading ACS from IBM?
I either get "You must login before viewing this page. message code:
56e" or "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again
later. message code: 40" after logging in.
I've tried multiple browser, clearing cache & cookies, etc.
