Why not set the tape library to auto vary on at IPL?
Online at IPL . . . . . . . . . . : *YES
I've had other issues with QPGMR authority in QSTRUPJD.
For those issues, I have QSTRUP submit a job under a user that has the proper authority.
I really don't want keep give QPGMR higher levels of authority.
