How many rows are in your table?
The maximum number of rows a file can have is 4.2 Billion of Records

A file/table or partition can not have more rows even though the 1.7

Subject: db2 file size limit

So just ran into the CPF5272 - Reason Code 3

The file in question has a size of 14814396416 but the file size limit is
supposed to be 1.7TB.

So wondering what could have triggered this cpf5272 since we are not at that
size limit yet with this file?

any suggestions on what to consider?

Thanks

Jay
