I've got an RPG ILE program calling the QUSROBJD api with format
OBJD0400. The receiver variable is a data structure that's 527 bytes
long. That's the length of the receiver variable that we're passing
to the API call. The receiver length variable is defined as '4B 0'.


Perhaps the length of the receiver variable should be specified as
667. At least, that is what the documentation says for format OBJD0400.
