We have ours set to 45 minutes. We did that because our Cisco core router/switch will no longer let you use a connection that it hasn't seen traffic on after 60 minutes. So we roll 45 for plenty of leg room. Lower numbers are fine, you just get network traffic.

Ours has been 10 minutes since 2007. I don't remember what it was before that, but I lowered it to 10 minutes when I had to work offsite for 9 months and had disconnect issues.
