The Permissions support in the Web Admin GUI.. that needs to be set by an
'Administrator' You will have to have some use that DOES have the required
*ALLOBJ and *IOSYSCFG special authority, sign on to the Web Admin GUI.
They will then have to click on the Advanced -> Permissions tabs and
assign you (a humble user) permission to work with and create web
artifacts.
Onces this has been done you will then be able to sign in and use the Wen
Admin Gui.
