Have you tried stopping MSF and starting again with *RESET? Keep in mind,
this will try to resend EVERY email message it didn't get sent out. From
the beginning of time. :)

As far as being queued, it really all depends on what the IBM i saw. If
it connected to your Mail router (in house) and successfully handed the
email off, to the IBM i, that's a success as the email is not in the hands
of your mail router.
