RE: Size of command in menus

First of all, some people might object to forcing them to a particular
browser. A windows person can chime in here as to how to let it
"associate" on STRPCCMD.

Second, you can cut down the directory size to your browser program by
using symbolic links in Windows. Much like IBM i has the ADDLNK command
Windows has this command
mklink \pad.exe \Windows\system32\notepad.exe
This will create a symbolic link to notepad. You can use it to change
this
\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox
down to \ff. But you may have issues with that space.

Third I gave up trying to figure out the Apache server. I found the
standard CERN much easier to use but that went the way of the dodo bird.
You might be able to create a redirect on your server which will change
mrcjava/servlet/LCN_IT.M00010s to some shorter string.

Or you could train your users to click an icon on their PC to go there
instead and forego having to use a menu option. I'm sure they've figured
out how to open a browser and use favorites. Or how to click an icon to
launch a program.
