If you were using an iAccess for Windows printer driver, I don't think those are installed under Win10 (which isn't even supported by iAccess for Windows). It's been a long time, but IIRC when installing on Win8, it gave a warning and some instructions. Did you see anything during the Win10 install?

Subject: OKI ML420 works with Win 7 but not Win 10

Guys I need some help. One of users has been using an OKI ML420 via USB for a few year on her Windows 7 Pro w/iAccess for windows, with Service Pack SI66062. She received a new system that we reloaded with Windows 10 Pro and iAccess for Windows with the identical Service Pack. The new system prints to the OKI ML420 from windows but will not print from the IBM i. The spool file is SCS and nothing special. You see the spool file enter the outq and disappear but no printing from the device. I deleted the device description and let the system recreate it but still no printing. In December we will be removing all these printers and go to Laser but I have to live with the 9 Pin dot matrix until then and I need to get it working.

Have any of you experienced this type of issue and resolved it? I would appreciate any constructive responses.

Thanks
