Have you tried the rmvaccweb command, then the configure. Have to ask, are
you current on PTF's. Your QWAS85 subsystem is running with no issues.

In that last log was this

LWI00301E - Application com.ibm.as400.webaccess not found. Verify the
application is installed properly and try again.

I did a google search for the entire line and did not find anything for it.

I was surprised it was successful the first time (application as shown)
but because I deleted and recreated so I had the proper ports it fails.
Yes, the following was listed in the JOBLOG as where to look
/QIBM/UserData/Access/Web2/logs/cmds.log.

In that log was the following:

Configuring IBM i Access for Web

Preparing to perform the configuration changes.

Object not found. Object is /QIBM/UserData/Access/Web2/
intappsvr/IWA85/webaccess.war/WEB-INF/lib/itext.jar.

Which does not tell me any more than what was displayed during the process.

Is there any logging for this product, I believe there are some logs in
the IFS. Maybe your HTTP needs to be fine tuned.

Well, I tried this again and it is configured now for webaccess. I

used the CFGACCWEB against a new IWA that I created under 8.5. Thanks

Thanks, the CFGACCWEB command in that link is the same that I used in

the link I had. This did confirm that the 8.1 IWA was not supported.
