Tsutomu,
I have customers having difficulties with ESA right now too. I would call
it in to IBM support. It appears to be a systemic problem in the product at
the moment.

Can I stop the Electronic Service Agent by command (CHGSRVAGTA ENABLE(*NO))?
We got the CPIEF13 (QS9LOG can not use QSRVAGT/QAS9AUDLOG) when stop all
subsystem.
ENDSBS SBS(*ALL) OPTION(*IMMED) ->CPIEF13.
Are there any PTF or ideas?
We appreciate any advices.
