I have had all of my i ACS sessions lock up. This includes the main
panel, 5250 sessions, etc.

When I go into the Help, About (after a restart) it was showing that it
was using the 32 bit version instead of the 64 bit version that I told it
to. The reason it did this was because of the version of Java I have
installed. I only had the 32 bit version installed.
Before using Task Manager to kill this I opened up a Windows command
prompt.
C:\Users\Public\IBM\ClientSolutions\Start_Programs\Windows_x86-64>acslaunch_win-64.exe
/plugin=dump
C:\Users\Public\IBM\ClientSolutions\Start_Programs\Windows_x86-64>acslaunch_win-64.exe
/plugin=medic
and sent these off to IBM. You may want to do this if you get tired of
waiting for IBM to respond to your PMR and want to continue. Running
these, in this order, is what was recommended to me from IBM regarding
this ticket.

Then IBM had me go to java.com
Do NOT click on Free Java Download!
Click on Download on the main header bar.
Click on: Try the offline installer
Click on: Not the right operating system? See all Java downloads.
Windows Offline (64-bit)

IBM recommended that I download and run it locally as he had issues. I
ran it from the website with no problems. YMMV perhaps his security at
IBM is different than my security at my company.

Upon restart I see that I am using the 64 bit version of iACS now. We'll
see how this goes.

IBM alluded that they will take a casual glance at my medic file but would
like to see how this goes first.
