The share contains these files:
AcsConfig.properties
acsbundle.jar
acslaunch_win-32.exe

When setting up a new PC, we browse to the share and launch the EXE. We then configure the 5250 session and save it locally. Finally, we tell Windows to open the local session file with the EXE on the share. That would work the same if it was a Windows share.

We don't do "deployment" per se. New PC's are configured once and the client isn't changed. I'm sure we have PC's still running v5r4 of Client Access around.

Justin,

When you state NetServer, how are you using Netserver for the deployment.
Can you please supply details.
