How often does the report run? How long does it take to rebuild the index?
If you build the index, that's a 1-time event (except for maintenance on the file). If you use the program, the index is 'built' every time you run the program.

We have a logical defined for a report that needs to sort the same as
Windows/unicode.
Should I change the logical file to use the altseq (what table do I use) or
should I specify it in the RPG program?
