On Win7, right-click on the iAccess icon and select Properties. In the
Shortcut tab, click on Change Icon. You should see the path and .exe file
name from where the icon is located. Assuming you won't have this .exe on
new installs, you need to find a tool to extract icons from the .exe file
into individual .ico files. Google is your friend here. Once you have the
.ico file, you can change the ACS icon to use that .ico file.

Frankly, I agree with Paul. You'd be better off making a sign like he
suggests. Otherwise, you'll be forced to change the icon manually on all
of your ACS installs. (I don't think there's a way to automate that, but I
would be happy to be proven wrong.)
