I suspect 7.3 will be the end of the road for your 8202-E4D.
There isn't a machine capable of running IBM i 6.1 or higher which support
5 versions of IBM i. 7.3 was the 8202-E4D's fourth version.
I am really hitting IBM hard to upgrade this site

I can't understand why they wouldn't. It would help them sell hardware.
