I was thinking that you could use

ORDER BY cast(myField as char(10) ccsid 819)

but when I try it on a v5r4 machine, it says

"Coded Character Set Identifier 819 not valid."

In my test, myField in this case has ccsid 37.

Is there a way to alter the Result Sort Sequence of a Run SQL Script process in ACS? I have looked In the Interactive RUNSQL process the Session Attributes allows the Sort Sequence to be changed from QEBCDIC table in QSYS to the QSACII table in order to get the results returned in the same order as a Excel spreadsheet (Numbers before Characters).
