could you clarify the need ?
do you want to read an html document stored in the IFS (ex:
/home/QPGMR/doc1.hml ) and extract some data to insert in a table?
do you want to read a page from an URL (
http://www.example.org/directory/sample.html ) and extract some data to
insert in a table ?
A webservice client ?

and the tools/language you would like to use ?
