The 4 fans run at full speed during startup. They sound like jet engines
during takeoff. But it's not as loud as our Power 7 server.

There is a bulky clear-plastic structure inside the case. It shows up in
one of the photos that I posted. It seems that it would restrict air flow
inside the case. It's easily removable. I wondered if it was just put there
for shipment over rough roads. But I didn't find any instructions to remove
it before running the system. So I just left it in.

Should I be concerned about it restricting air flow inside the box?
