Yes apply all together.
If he is reasonably current on cume then any "double IPL" will probably be
automatic. Especially since it's 7.1 and it's been awhile since a TR has
come out. The do it yourself double IPL is normally when you don't have
the MF99... ptf for the current TR already applied.

Does putting on a cume without any groups automatically update WRKPTFGRP?
I normally order the groups also so I wouldn't know.
