On my existing lpar I ran
GO IDDU
2. Work with data dictionaries
Since they are all named xxxx.DCT I'm going to go out on a limb here and
say they've been here since our S/36 to AS/400 migration.

One of the four cannot be found in WRKLIB so I am assuming that it
remembers that I used to work with that but it's gone now.

Summary:

Try restoring these data dictionaries to your target system.

See also the command LNKDTADFN. Oddly I do not see an option to do a link
when working with data dictionaries. But it's been a LONG time.
